MS. DONIELLE GARCIA…

is a Licensed Psychological Associate. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology both from University of Houston-Clear Lake. She is committed to helping individuals not only reduce their suffering but create rich and meaningful lives. With empathy and understanding she will meet you where you are now and help you create the life you want.

She works with adolescents and adults regarding a variety of concerns including life changes, depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, OCD, ADHD, and trauma. She uses evidence based cognitive behavioral approaches to help individuals reach desired goals and specializes in the treatment of anxiety and depressive disorders using mindfulness based cognitive behavioral treatments including acceptance and commitment therapy and informed dialectical and behavior therapy.  

She hopes to meet with you soon to start working towards the life you deserve.

MS. GARCIA WORKS WITH PEOPLE AGES 13 AND UP. SHE ACCEPTS AETNA, BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD, UNITED HEALTH CARE, CIGNA, AND CASH PATIENTS. SHE CONDUCTS THERAPY UNDER THE DIRECTION OF DR. GORDON-HOLLINGSWORTH.
