MS. Alexandra “ALLY” Svadlenak…
is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) with close to a decade of experience working with adolescents and adults. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience from Texas A&M University. She then went on to University of Houston – Clear Lake, where she received a Master of Science in Counseling. She is passionate about helping people to find and use the power inside themselves to change their lives and to help them along their chosen path to a more self-fulfilling and meaningful life according to their values.
Ms. Svadlenak provides individual and couples therapy to adolescents and adults using tailored treatment plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each patient. She uses evidence-based counseling approaches including Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, mindfulness, and Motivational-Enhancement. She has experience working with people of all ages facing a variety of issues such as addiction, co-occurring disorders (i.e., having both substance use and other mental health issues), depression, anxiety, anger issues, stress management, low self-esteem, relationship troubles, ADHD, and more. Ms. Svadlenak seeks to empower patients to take control of their lives through goal setting, developing action plans for change, building coping skills, and providing support to patients as they begin making their desired changes in order to improve their lives and reach their goals.

Ms. Svadlenak accepts Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna and United Health Care/Optum. She also sees individuals using their out of network benefits. She is in the process of credentialing with Multiplan.
