Anew Psychological Services, LLC is currently credentialed with the following insurance carriers:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield Texas PPO/HMO

• Optum

• United Health Care

• Magellan

• Aetna

Please be advised that Anew Psychological Services LLC is a private practice and reserves the right to not accept insurance for certain CPT codes. To ensure that we accept your insurance, please confirm with one of our client care coordinators prior to your appointment.

If we are unable to accept your insurance coverage for payment, we will, upon request, provide you with a receipt. You can use this receipt to complete the necessary paperwork to seek reimbursement from your insurance company(ies) or other third-party payers. Please note that services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan."

Payment is due at the time services are rendered.

We allow one late cancellation during an individual’s treatment plan. After that, unless otherwise approved by management, a $50 late cancellation fee will be assessed if an appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance. As counselors’ schedules are essential for providing care to all our clients, we ask that you be mindful of others who may need the time slot for their mental health needs.
