ASSESSMENT SERVICES
To ensure quality, all testing, etc. is conducted by the psychologist, Dr. Gordon-Hollingsworth. Prices for assessments vary, depending on the assessment needs and requests. Please contact us to inquire about pricing for your specific needs. Below are some standard assessment services offered by Anew Psychological Services:
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity/Impulsivity Disorder (ADHD) Evaluation (6 years+)
Includes clinical interview, clinical observations, broadband and narrowband questionnaires assessing for behavioral and emotional difficulties, abbreviated testing of intellectual functioning (IQ), academic functioning screening (i.e., will briefly assess reading, writing, mathematics), and tests assessing attention and other executive functions. Includes report with recommendations and 30-minute feedback session. Limited time only, $500.00 (reg. $650.00).
Autism Spectrum Disorder Evaluation (2+ years)
Conducted over (3) separate evaluation sessions. Consists of clinical interview, clinical observations over multiple occasions, broadband and narrowband questionnaires assessing for behavioral and emotional difficulties, brief language assessment, and gold standard measures of autism spectrum disorder. Includes report with recommendations and 30-minute feedback session. $750.00+
Full Comprehensive School Evaluation for Child/Adolescent (3-17 years)
Assesses for learning disorders and other problems that may be impeding or negatively impacting academic performance and functioning. Includes clinical interview, clinical observations, broadband and narrowband questionnaires assessing for behavioral and emotional difficulties, full testing of intellectual functioning (IQ), full testing of academic functioning, and tests assessing attention, memory, processing speed, and other executive functions. Includes report with recommendations and 60-minute feedback session. Starting at $1750
Full Comprehensive Evaluation for Adult (18 years+)
Includes clinical interview, clinical observations, broadband and narrowband questionnaires assessing for behavioral and emotional difficulties, full testing of intellectual functioning (IQ), full testing of academic functioning, and tests assessing attention, memory, processing speed, and other executive functions. Includes report with recommendations and 60-minute feedback session. Starting at $1750
***Two week turn around guaranteed on all completed assessment services.

Initial Intake Session (required prerequisite for all therapy services; 80-minute interview/assessment) $250
Individual Therapy (50-minute session) $175
Couples/Marriage Therapy (50-minute session) $175
Family Therapy (50-minute session) $175
PAYMENTS & INSURANCE
Payment is due at the time of scheduled services. We accept all major credit cards (e.g., visa, mastercard, american express), as well as cash. A valid credit card authorization on file is required. Anew Psychological Services, LLC currently accepts the following insurances or patients from the following programs:
Blue Cross Blue Shield Texas PPO

University of Texas Employee Assistance Program (UT-EAP)
If we do not accept your insurance coverage for payment, at your request, we will provide you with a receipt so that you can complete paperwork to seek personal reimbursement by your insurance company(ies) or other third party payers. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is my condition or diagnosis(es) reimbursable?
At what rate will I be reimbursed for an out-of-network provider?
Reduced fee services and payment plans are available on a very limited basis with preapproval.
CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
To avoid a fee, appointments must be cancelled with at least 24 hour notice. Late cancellation and no show of appointments will result in a $50 fee billed directly to the patient or minor patient's guardian. Most appointments cancelled with advanced notice can be filled with another patient in need of services.
